These SMS Terms govern the Salvo Gum text message program operated by SALVO ("Salvo"). By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. What you will receive

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Salvo at the mobile number you provided, sent from +1 (888) 595-3981. Messages may include promotions, product launches, restock alerts, cart reminders, and order and subscription updates.

2. Consent

You can opt in by entering your number on our site or checkout and checking the box, or by texting a keyword to +1 (888) 595-3981. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number.

3. Message frequency and timing

Message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per month. We do not send marketing texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Salvo does not charge for text messages.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation text and no further marketing messages. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by emailing info@salvogum.com">mailto:info@salvogum.com">info@salvogum.com. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again on our site.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to join. The program is available on major U.S. carriers.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

We use your mobile number and opt-in information only to run this program and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers, such as Klaviyo, that help us send messages.

10. Your responsibilities

If you change or cancel your mobile number, reply STOP from that number first or email info@salvogum.com">mailto:info@salvogum.com">info@salvogum.com so we can remove it. You agree to hold Salvo harmless from claims arising from your failure to do so.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these SMS Terms or end the program at any time. We will post changes here with a new effective date. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Disputes

Any dispute about this text program is subject to the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 15 of our Terms of Service.
